I brewed my first AG Wheat, an American Hefe, last Thursday. It's at is FG an the Krausen has fallen. Should I bottle this sucker or let it sit? I wouldn't be doing it until tomorrow night. I've thought about transferring it to secondary... but I don't want it to clear to much... what do yout hink?

I usually leave mine in primary for 2 weeks and then bottle. Even if it is at your target FG I would wait a couple days and check again to make sure it is actually finished or you could end up with bottle bombs. Secondary isn't really necessary for hefeweizens since they're cloudy anyway.
