That's what I almost brewed with yesterday. I had a double brew day setup and when I went to weigh out some base malt I seen the grain moving. Looking close I seen little white worms moving around in there. The grain was maybe 4 months old but I admit that I did not store it right. Let this be a lesson to you all, if you're going to keep grain around get some sealed bins. I ended up dumping about 30 pounds of malt.
