Tasting Notes
This is a crisp, light, dry ale with a great spiciness to complement the bitterness.
This is my new favorite ale, and will be my house ale going forward. I try to keep a lighter ale and something a little heavier on tap, and this was definitely something I brewed up to keep SWMBO happy. She has been begging me to make a rye ale for a while. This was the first attempt, and I couldn't be happier. I'm packing for a trip to Hungary right now, so I can't throw up a label/pic, but I will when I get back in a week.
