Finally...

...I'll be brewing this weekend, for the first time in about six months. I'm finally doing my big Irish red (that I've been planning for almost that long).

This will be my first view of a recipe that is uniquely my own. I can't wait.

It'a always a great feeling to have a recipe of your own come out great. I just started working on a PM version of my APA today. Can't wait to start on it.

Thanks, guys. It's been WAY too long.

I'm not a prolific brewer like some (partially due to the fact that I just don't drink a lot of beer), but I like to brew once a month... at least every other month. This has killed me.
