Does anyone know what the grain and hop bill look like for this beer? I know the Saison Dupont is just Belgian Pilsner malt, EKG and Styrian Goldings Hops and the house yeast. I'd like to brew up something similar to the Bons Vouex, it's my favorite saison period.
 
I'd do something similar to the standard saison, but I would also add ~5-10% sugar just to make sure it dries out. Up the hopping proportionally and pitch enough yeast. Good luck.
