Going to brew this today if I get propane quick enough, otherwise tomorrow.

My lightest beers are usually pilsner and around 40 ibu's so I hope I am getting the right balance here.

MY chloride to Sulfate ratio is on the "very bitter" side. I'm going to add some Potassium Chloride to up the chloride a little. About 1 gram in the mash.

MY local water is:
Name: Local Water - Lakeview

Calcium: 24.0
Magnesium: 4.0
Sodium: 4.0
Sulfate: 5.3
Chloride: 0.9

What kind of Bullion are you using? Chicken or Beef :D

Looks pretty good to me. I've been on this light beer kick too lately. I'm not normally, but I've got a infant now. I need something I can drink more of without worrying about getting ripped.

Yeah, well that and my pipline is running low. Didn't brew while I was messing with the rig so I wanted soemthong quick to brew up.

Grains are ground. Got the propane. WIll brew tomorrow! First real go iwth the RIMS. I already know I made my hoses to long.

It's really hard not to just start adding hops and making this a pils. lol Old habits...
