Crap... I aerated my wort around 85F. I thought I was good to go below 90F.

How long will it be before this beer develops the cardboard flavor? Do I have months, weeks, etc...

at 85F I would not worry about it in the least. I think it has to be above like 120f or thereabouts for HSA

85 is a no worry zone.

155 is a worry zone.
Oh Thank God. :rockin:I plan on finishing this beer prior to Christmas anyways.

I was having so many problems today trying to get my beer down to the 65F range. It was 90F today and the IC was not bringing it down anymore.

I thought, hey it's around 85F, I may as well aerate and make an ice bath indoors. I'm a happy man. You guys made my day.

I've seen HSA! It was out on the town last night with his homies the Boogie Man and Swamp Thing. I heard they were going to throw down with the Lost Boys.

For Real!
