Hello,
I know that 15 minutes at the end of boil you have to soak your immersion wort chiller into the boiling wort. I forgot about the 15 minutes so I soaked it at 5 minutes at the end of boil.

Is the 5 minutes enough time to sanitize the chiller or should I be worried about contamination?

Thanks

Since boiling wort is actusally at 215 to 220 degrees, 5 mins is probably enough. You try it first.

Next time, I'd just keep the wort boiling longer.
