Keep finding pressed cider w/ label "less than 1/10 of 1% potassium sorbate used for preservation". Is that a no go for cider making?
 
I did one like you are talking about and it fermented out good one of the best ones I did but the second half gallon only fermented from 1070 to 1060 and stopped
