I made a keggle on Saturday. I did my first successful boil Sunday, just h20. After I let the water boil about 20 minutes and drained the water there was a lot of white residue left in the bottom of the keggle. I am doing my first big ag batch this friday, should that worry me?

What was the thick white residue?

If you have hard water you may get bicarbonates to drop out during boiling. Easiest way to test this is probably just to take a regular pan you have and boil water from the same source for 20 minutes inside on the stove and see if you get similar residue
