How much lme would i have to use to get about 8% abv? It is for my sweet stout and i was also wondering what kind of malt to use. would it be very different if i use a pale compared to an amber?
 
i was also wondering does chocolate malt, cystal malt, black patent, or roasted barley add any fermentables?
