Good day,

My google-fu is weak today, hoping someone can share thoughts on fermenting Belgian Wit.
Do I keep it only in Primary? How long? Move to secondary? How long?
For reference, I am using the Austin Homebrew mini-mash kit, liquid yeast and I will be kegging...
