Howdy all, I bought 5 gallons of fresh apple juice in jugs, and left them in my car for a couple days(wife didnt want em in the fridge till the holidays were over and i had time to deal with em). They ended up freezing into blocks. Ive got them defrosted now but was wondering if there was any major drawback to allowing the juice to freeze?
