I made this last weekend for the first batch to go in my new kegs.
This is my first attempt at such a light beer.
I wanted something cheap and fast, and based this off Biermuncher's Cream of 3 Crops.

1.0 pkg Nottingham Yeast (Lallemand #-) [23.66 m Yeast


Mash Schedule: Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
Total Grain Weight: 7 lbs 13.0 oz

Mashed at 148
Temp had dropped to 140 at 65 min into the mash.
Added 2 gal boiling water - temp raised to 154 (measured at 70 min)
1st running started 90 min. - measured volume 4 1/3 gal
2 1/4 gallons used for sparge
