I have a pound of corn sugar thats been around awhile not sure how long
it last. everything looks good with it not clumping it is likew powder sugar
and i want to bottle my IPA tomorrow. any info will help.

If it's all you got you can still use it. Weigh it or measure it out and boil it. You can also use honey or just about anything fermentable.

it's sugar, it's not going to magically change into arsenic. unless you are a damn good alchemist. give it a boil and you're good. definitely weigh it out if you can, far more reliable that measuring volume
