the taste. I like the idea of the recipe and I believe I will like what they will become in a beer, but I am having trouble figuring out what the finished product will taste like. Just assume that I will hit all of the numbers, pitch the appropriate amount of yeast and have a good fermentation. Anyway...what do people think this would taste like? It's is a Hoppy American Wheat.

6 lbs Rahr Pilsner
2.25 lbs Weyerman Pale Wheat
2.25 lbs Briess Rye
.75 lbs Flaked Wheat
.75 lbs Flake Rye

Mash @ 151

1 oz Palisade 60 minutes
.5 oz Citra 0 minutes
1 oz Citra Dry
1 oz Citra Dry (Keg)

Wyeast 1010-American Wheat

All I know is you better get some rice hulls in there. It sounds pretty tasty, a refreshing spring beer to be sure.

I left out the rice hulls, because they aren't imparting anything to the beer, but I am planning a pound of rice hulls.
