Wow! That is tremendously professional - the camera work, the script, the voice over, all are great.

Thanks. We just got a 1080p camera and a Blue Mic to do the voice overs. Using iMovie for the voice overs was much easier than I thought it would be. We plan on making more videos asap.
 
Looks like very sound advice, I'm going to try a starter on my next batch. Also, now I know what to do with that old broken computer, at least the fan anyways!
 
Starters are awesome. I brewed a SMaSH with washed, unstarted 1056 last Saturday. Sunday I brewed a IIPA and pitched a 1056 starter that was 24 hours old. They both started fermenting about 2 hours after I pitched the IIPA.
