So its about that time in my area and I have been wanting to try a wet hopped beer since its something you really only get a shot at once a year. I have been having some trouble finding much on recipes or any other info. So here is what I have come up with. Its a mix of several discussions and list that really wouldn't qualify as recipes.

I decided to try a basic Pale Ale/IPA grain bill.

10.2lb Pale US 2-row
1.30lb Crystal 40L
1.20lb Carapils

Here is what I am thinking on hops

1.5 oz Chinook @ 60min
7 oz Cascade @ 60 min
5 oz Cascade @ 30 min
5 oz Chinook @ 0 min
5 oz Cacade @ 0 min

I was also thinking of going with 1 oz centennial and 1 oz Chinook dry hop and using pellets. Someone has suggested to just go for it and use wet hops for the dry hop as well but I was conserned about having too much grassy flavor.

Any input is appreciated, this will be my first shot at a wet hop beer.
