:ban:
used tree top 100% apple juice
date juice as nutriant
and 1 gallon glass fermenter
current temp 64 F

I am getting a sulfer smell from my brew...what is going on?

Most likely...MAGIC.

My ciders ferment fast and furious using Safeale 5 at about 66 degrees...I give them 3-4 weeks in the primary and then keg. Before I keg, I do a taste test and normally backsweeten with one can of concentrated apple juice.

Just let the process finish and I suspect you will be happy with the final product.

I'm brewing my first batch of grape wine, had a sulfur smell from the airlock stink up my room for about a day or so, the smell is gone now and it's bubbling away so I'm gonna let it ride!

I'm not sure if there's really anything wrong, there has to be some info on here somewhere (gonna search it up now!) I say just give it some time and see if the smell goes away like mine did.
