Hello I have turned my fridge up but best I can get is 6c' , am using Bavarian lager yeast 2206. Recommended 8-14 (46-58), if I make a started will this still work at this temp??

Yes it should work, just keep in mind that fermentation is going to take a bit longer than it would around 50.

Edit: and yes, make a huge starter to kick it off.
