Here are the all the ingredients i have on hand in my brewery. I am wondering which hops would best suite the rye flavors.

Recipe is for 11 gallons going into 2 6.5 gallon carboys

The Grains aren't separate.
22lbs 2 row
2lbs rye
.66 biscuit

hops are all 1oz pellet packages:
2 centennial
3 warrior
3 columbus
2 cascade
2 amarillo

i have 4 001 yeast vials.
and i just boiled and am cooling 2 x 2000ml yeast starters ( will pitch yeast once cool 7am sunday.

160g Light DME + 1600mL water = 1800ml Liquid x2

Amarillo works well with rye.

But I think 10% rye won't stand out, so not that important. I'd gp 15% minimum if you want the rye distinctly, but not overtly coming through. 10% has a large impact on the mouthfeel, but not so much the flavor in my opinion. I've seen the same from others on various other recipe critiquing threads.
