Hey guys. I'm trying to get my ingredients plugged into Beer Smith and I'm having trouble finding exactly what's what for this Rahr White Wheat I bought.
I found some conflicting information and tried to use things that overlapped and seemed to be talking about the same product. Here is what I have so far...correct me if I'm wrong
SRM: 3.0
Potential: 1.039
Dry Yield Fine Grain: 85%
Coarse/Fine Dif: ?
Moisture: 4.5%
Diastatic Power: 130
Max in Batch: 50%
Protein: 12%
