I made an ice wine kit from Winexpert and it tastes great. Very sweet and packs a punch. However, it is very syrupy compared to two commercial ones I had recently. It's so thick that it makes it hard for me to finish a small bottle of it in one sitting.
The wine is already bottled so there isn't a whole lot I can do with it this time, so I was wondering what can be done in the future to make it less thick? The only thing I could think of would be to top off the fermenter at some point prior to bottling.
