Yeast: 2 x Safale US-05

14# Briess 2-Row Brewers Malt
1# Weyermann Carafa II Dehusked
1# Briess Chocolate Malt
0.50 oz Chinook @ 60 min
0.50 oz Columbus @ 60 min
0.50 oz Chinook @ 45
0.50 oz Columbus @ 45
0.50 oz Chinook @ 20
0.50 oz Columbus @ 20
0.50 oz Chinook @ 10
0.50 oz Columbus @ 10
0.50 oz Chinook @ 0
0.50 oz Columbus @ 0
 
Just moved this to the keg. Never ended up oaking it. This is the best flat beer I have ever had. Cant wait for it to carb up.
