I usually avoid posting recipes because I'm happy just doing my own thing. I tend use restraint with Crystal malts, rarely going as high as 10%. I like beers to be crisp. I'm going to, potentially, rock the boat a bit with this one. My plan is to make a pale ale with significant hop character and caramel character. My concern is that 15% crystal might mask the hop aroma and flavor a bit. I'll post my recipe and let me know what you think. Thanks!
