Damn stove, can't even get a 3 gallon partial boil to a rolling boil. Stupid Stove. Switched to hot plate, it has gone up 20 since then, but still not enough.

This is not my day. Almost been an hour and a half trying to get a boil.

I bet I can cool it in record time today though. -25 outside with lots of snow!

stovetop, hotplate, won't do.
got to get a bayou.
rolling boil, i need you, tonight.

rolling boil.

add the hops (add the hops)
then again (then again)
rolling boil, i need you. toniiiiiiiiight!


wow. i'm super rad.
 
Did I not say it was -25 degrees outside??? lol
I have a turkey fryer, but it is in the shed which is not really accessible due to the snow.

My next brew might be outdoors regardless of temperature, or I might buy a bigger electric hot plate and brew in my basement.
