I have been wanting to brew a light, earthy, drinkable summer beer. I have experience doing partial, no all grain yet. I have never went for the earthy/pine twist from my hops in a light beer, I've always went for citrus. Any favorites or successes anyone has had with something like this? I'd love to try an earthy spin on a kolsch, but my basement is right at the upper end of the temperature and I don't want to chance it. I'm having an analysis paralysis. I'd love any advice that is out there.

I have an all fuggles ESB on tap right now that might work for you. I brew all grain but I think you could do something like this:
7 pounds extra light LME
1/2 pound crystal 20
1/4 pound Carapils
1.5 oz Fuggles for 60 min
1 oz Fuggles at 20
1 0z Fuggles at flameout
Use your favorite dry yeast, I like Nottingham at 62F
