Any ever use one of those fancy faucet disconnect adapters that connect the faucet directly to the keg like this one-

I thought about getting one with my next keg instead of the usual hose and thumb tap, but figured that it probably caused a lot of foaming. Any thoughts? I plan on using a perlick faucet instead of the standard... don't know if that makes any difference.
