Saturday to be exact. Picked up everything I need, ingredients wise but I'm wondering if I need to refrigerate the yeast and hops between now and then?

Yeast is Lallemand Nottingham Ale Yeast (dry)

Hops - UK Northdown 1 0z and US Golding 1 Oz (pellets)

I would put the hops in the fridge or freezer since its easy. Dry yeast in fridge is optional over 2 days, probably would not make one shred of difference. Longer than a couple of weeks I would refridge the yeast.

You should probably refrigerate the hops and yeast. I don't think dry yeast cares if it's left out for a couple hours to acclimate like liquid yeast.

One thing I have learned is to boil a good amount of water now and stick it in the fridge once it cools. This will be some clean cool top off water once your ready for it. Freezing the water in plastic bags would be even better.
