Hi all....I brewed a small batch(3.25 gal.) of an oatmeal stout the other day. I took gravity readings of the 1st runnings and 2 sparges: 1.062, 1.043, 1.013 respectively. I did it put of pure curiosity, but now I'm wondering what, if anything, can I determine from this information.

You did an excellent job of rinsing the sugars from the grains. If the gravity went up, then you'd really need to wonder. :)

Yes, good job at sparging. I read in an article once that you should sparge to a gravity of 1.008; you hit that fairly closely!
