I have been brewing a while now, but this is my first stout.... A brewers best oatmeal stout using safale -04 ale yeast. I think the stuff is just hop and maybe yeast chunks floating in the top. Everything smells fine, and it has been in the carboy for 4 full days now, but I just wanted opinions on how this looks to you.
