I've bottled my first Amber Ale in various sizes of bottles, 12oz, 22oz and 32oz, will the time needed for carbonation be different based on the size of the bottle?
All have aprox. the same amount of head space in the neck.

thanks all,

Neil

Not really....not in any significant way at least. the 32oz might take a day or two more to really absorb the carbonation created, but otherwise it should be pretty consistent.

No, carbonation rate depends on the amount of yeast per unit volume and temperature.
