Is anyone familiar with the regulations regarding selling a brew kit? Not necessarily grown by me, but just formulated, purchased wholesale and produced/marketed by me.

Just looking for a place to start reading, my own web-searching is coming up empty.

Just standard retailing. You aren't selling prepared foods so I doubt if the health department cares. I would try some LHBS that sell their own kits and see what they say.
