What would this make? What is it? Recipe says Stella??

what size of a batch is that? I would say a pale ale would be close. you are using an ale yeast, Stella is a lager and would not have that much hops in it.

The batch size is 5gal. Boil size is rough 2.75gal.

looks to be a very simple easy to drink beer. If you want more hop nose in it I would add more hops at the end of the boil.

I'd call that a very pale ale, nothing in common with Stella at all. Seems a little high on the Perle Bittering hops, may want to consider cutting back there.
