I ma planing to bre my second badge of hefewizen but this time I will like to add a touck of mango . I am confuse on
1: should I add it when making the worth?
2 should I add it after cool down in the first fermentation
Also for 5 gallosn what should be a proper ratio.
the goal is tho have a twist in the flavor not to have a Mango beer
