Hi there - I'm new to Parker (from Aurora) and new to homebrewing. I've been loitering around learning as much as I can and just bit the bullet and bought all the equipment I think I'll need for a little while.
I bought two 3-gallon glass carboys since I don't drink all that much and like the idea of doing multiple small batches. I also got a 6.5 gallon carboy for when I find something I really like. Bought a 10 gallon brew kettle that I shouldn't outgrow for years. Should all be here within a week and then my buddy and I shall enter the world of homemade beer just before GABF! Super excited.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and I'll be posting with my progress and the beers I make.
