I am brewing my first lager. it is currently lagering at 39F. I am planning to bottle and prime it in 3 weeks but I'd like to know at which temperature shall I do it. And consequently at shall I keep the bottles.

Once you bottle, keep it at 70 degrees F for three weeks (the baseline for most beers). As far as storage goes, cellar/basement temps are typically fine for storing your bottles.
