Had a bottle of this last night, VERY good.

Was as clear as a white wine. Cinnamon at first and natural vanilla aroma at the end, non of that extract crap taste. Bottled at the end of 2006 so almost no alchahol taste in the background. 12%abv $24 for a 750ml bottle.

Worth it for sure.

Just Ask. Lots of stores have it very well hidden. As for the cost...now you know why we always tell N00bs to make some instead of buying some.

I've seen it as low as $12.00 for Meadery of the Rockies...my FAVORITE! all the way up to $40 for a Red Stone mead from Boulder in a cool flip top bottle. I didn't much care for the raspberry mead from Red Stone.
