Started a Orchard Breezing Cranberry Chianti kit last night, usually I add about one cup of sugar befor putting the yeast in. Now I forgot to add the sugar, can I still add it tonight, stir it and i'll be ok. Or is it too late?

THanks

I would go ahead and give it a bit of a stir, this early in you shouldn't have to worry about oxidation, that is more of a worry when the wine is done/ or closer to being done.
But this being said, I have made mead where I thought I had the honey mixed in well only to see in the carboy that it pooled on the bottom, and you know what? Those yeasts found it even down there and ate it all up without me doing anything.. So I guess what I am saying is stir it if you want, but I think the yeast will find it anyway.
