I am having big problems keeping my fermentation temps low. I can hold it steady at 78 and that's about as cold as I can get it. I know that very hot for this yeast and I'm curious about what the out come will be at this high of a temp.
Has anyone else used this yeast at these temps?
I'm brewing my Christmas Ale and the OG was 1.079.
