I got inspired by sampling some of Flying Dog's Gose with Old Bay in it. I thought about trying to clone it, but really would like to do something different. Then I got to thinking that I had 2 extra packs of Wyeast Brett B.

Is Old Bay in an all-Brett-B a bad idea? Thanks for any feedback.

I *thought* I could pick out the old bay, but I think that was just the power of suggestion. I agree there was definitely some savor/spice going on, in addition to the salty from the gose.

Still not convinced I should try this with Brett, but it would certainly be different... the 1-gallon batch is a good idea.
