Brewed a 5 gallon batch with 1.066 original gravity. Added Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale. It's been almost 5 weeks now and the gravity is only 1.022 and it still tastes sweet. Should I just give it more time or add more yeast?
 
Has the gravity stopped dropping or is it still moving slowly? What temp are you fermenting at?

What grains did you use and what was your mash temp(s)? That will impact whether 1.022 is a reasonable FG.
