I will be brewing a nice and robust Honey Brown. This is a decent grain bill of about 9lbs. It should be a lot of fun.

The day went really well. I did a Honey Brown and I was able to squeeze 14 additional grav points out of the recipe which only called for 1.050. Anyways, everything went and tasted extremely well.
