If you want to try something a little outside the box........give this a try....I put this recipe together to see if the BMC guys would like it......It's a high ABV Ale but it turned out quite well balanced. I am drinking one keg now and the other 5g is in the secondary. My only change to the secong is dry hopping with Sterling instead of EK Goldings........EK Goldings is not what I wanted for the aroma.

13 g preboil
11 g fermented
90 min. boil
Mashed at 142 deg for 30 min. raise temp to 152 deg for another 60 min.
Raised temp to 165 deg for mash out. Fly sparged with 185 deg water.

18# 2 - row
10# Wyerman Belgiun Pilsner
2# Vienna
2# Turbinado Sugar
2 oz. Dired Lemon peel ground
21.3 AAU Columbus @ 60
12 AAU Sterkling @ 15
10 AAU EK Goldings @ 5
2 oz. EK Golding DH
Safale '05 hydrated
