I have white and red grapes in the freezer in ziplock bags from left over grapes that didn't get ate. My question is that I can mix these grapes together right? How much is needed for a standard 1 gallon batch? I hear 6lbs,8lbs or more but i was wanting to get your opinions how much should I use.

I don't know- I've never used table grapes for wine.

Here's a couple of recipes from Jack Keller's site: winemaking: requested recipe (Simple Grape Wine)
winemaking: requested recipes (Grape [Unknown] Wine)

Please let us know how this comes out, ok?
