Contactor question for single element BIAB

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone had any input on whether this contactor would work for a 240v 5500w element:

I'm just a bit thrown off by the voltage on the coil. It says 120v COIL but is the actual contactor rated for 240v use?

It says "Contactors meet UL 508 Specs for devices up to 600 Volts" further down so I'd expect it'll work. But when in doubt, pass it for something that specifically says what the ratings are; this listing is a bit unclear.

Most people here use 240V 30A or 40A contactors with 120V coils.

OK perfect thanks for the feedback. I think I saw a 240v contactor for $12 on amazon anyway.

The coil voltage is what controls the contactor. 12V, 24V, 120V, and 240V are common options for relays and contactors.
