Hi everyone,
Since I just got a 4gal #1 plastic bottle from Sam's Club last night for when I brewed the NB Bourbon Barrel porter, I figure I should ferment some beer in it now that it is empty! I was think of trying a 3.5gal session beer as a test for something in a larger batch once I am mowing my lawn again during the summer. I was looking for something like a Classic American Pilsner, but I don't want to lager. So, maybe Kolsch yeast? Hence, my corny name a Pilschner. Here is my extract recipe.... Would love some feedback!
