There so much info out there about Brewing with Malted or Unmalted Grains.
I want to try a grain brew because I have mastered extract brewing. Pretty simple actually. I want to try a grain/extract combo. I guess my question is what is the process for brewing with Malted or Unmalted Grains.
Now you can describe in bullet form and I will Google anything I don't understand. Like Mashing or sparging. Keep in mind that I am a Gluten Free brewer:confused:

You must use malted grains (you can also use unmalted with the malted grains, like roasted barley in a stout) in all-grain or partial-mash brewing. The process you are asking about - using extract and mashing with malt and grains - is called partial-mash brewing.

Here's the forum for all-grain and partial mash brewing https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f36/

Here's a sticky thread on "Easy Partial Mash Brewing" that many have found helpful. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f39/easy-partial-mash-brewing-pics-75231/

Good luck!
