I have everything all setup. I've decided to cold crash my 10day old Irish Ale for a day before i put CO2 on it. Its in the Keg right now.

I was thinking of putting 30psi on it for 2 days then bringing it back to 12 or so. The temperature is about 8C.

Thoughts?

Can i speed it up? I know patience is important with this hobby but its really hard at this point. :)

What about the shake method.

btw its from Kegconnections. Looks good so far. Will have to see how it goes when i actually run it.

you can carb it quick. Doesn't mean you're not drinking carbonated green beer. 10 days, IMO, is WAY to soon to drink a beer. All mine get 1 month primary.

agreed, this is way to early to start drinking, have you even taken hydrometer readings?

I would let this go for another 3 weeks before drinking (minimum)

Yeah i believe i'll be leaning towards long fermentations in the future but this is my first kegged beer!:)

Frankly, it will be drinked in a few days or so. Green or not.
