I was brainstorming yesterday and whipped up a recipe that came to mind.

Cherry Brown Ale Recipe

1 X Can Morgans Royal Oak Amber Ale
1 X Can Morgans Iron Horse Dark Ale
7 Cups Dextrose
1/4 oz Saaz Hops
Let ferment for about 7 - 10 days
Total with Water comes to about 37 Liters
Add 3 Pounds of Cherries

Let sit for 7 days

Xfer to Carboy for cleaning for 7 Days

Add 1 1/2 Cup Dextrose for Priming

Condition for 4 weeks

I will be getting the ingredients together shortly Will keep you all posted

Well Just made it and it is in the primary

I have a feeling that this is going to punch with flavor. and Lots of aroma

Here is the recipe

1 x Morgans Iron Bark Dark Ale
1 x Morgans Royal Oak Amber Ale
8 x Cups Dextrose
3 oz Cascade hops

Filled up the primary for a total of 38 Liters

My OG reading was 1.040 so I am guessing that the Beer is going to be lighter than other Ales that I have made. but with Strong Cascade. I am looking forward to it. the Yeast pitch was done at 73 F

I will be taking a FG (Final Gravity) when I Xfer it to clean.
